使用PowerPoint Viewer 2010您可以完全逼真地查看在PowerPoint 97 或更高版本中创建的功能齐备的演示文稿，此查看器还支持打开受密码保护的 Microsoft PowerPoint 演示文稿，在 PowerPoint Viewer 中可以查看和打印演示文稿，但是不能编辑它们。

您可以使用 PowerPoint Viewer 附带的字体进行显示和打印，但是显示和打印的内容必须来自运行 Microsoft Windows 操作系统的设备。
